I just waited over a hour for my food to be delivered. I understand being short staffed but there was only 1 thing out of 11 ordered that I got the rest of my bag was filled with the .60 tacos I ordered 6 of those not 10 where is the rest of my food I get to go-to be with out dinner tonight after working all day. Being short staffed is a reason for a order to take longer not a excuse to not give the customer what they ordered and their don't seem to be away to talk to anyone at cooperate Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

I received cold burritos and undercooked fries. I was friendly with the drive through associate, but he didn't even bother to say thank you or anything. I've worked food service before, and I always make an extra effort to be the kind of customer I'd want to serve; in return, I like to be treated like the kind of customer they'd want to come back. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location, as it appears to have fallen into low standards over the years. At the very least, I received the correct menu items, and I did receive them quickly. That last point is a double-edged sword. I’m honestly confused and have never experienced anything like this. I went through the drive thru tonight and was asked after trying to order, “ Are you sure? McDonald’s is better. ” I’m not sure if that was because of a dare, pure honesty, or if that particular worker did not want to work this evening as it was near 12am. That made me feel on edge about how my food would turn out so I just left. I usually have good experiences at this location, but I must admit this interaction was odd. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly it’s gas/fire/phenomenal whatever you wanna call it. Price wise I’d compare it to Taco Bell even tho I think it’s a little cheaper and the food quality is phenomenal and I don’t feel like shutting my life away. Had the birria taco/quesadilla/ramen it was all pretty good just wish the consomé was a little thicker but it’s fast food and I understand that and comparing it to a sit down is nonsense. Place was filthy on the outside. Drive thru trashcan was overflowing. Disgusting. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. Did not go inside so comments are for drive through only. Food was not what I was expecting. Thrown together and not very flavorful. C'mon Del Taco you can do better than this! Del taco in douglasville ga has the BEST employees EVER. They are VERY attentive and pay VERY close attention to special orders. They have the BEST attitudes I have EVER seen.
