A month ago

I ordered the BBQ chip beef sandwich yesterday and the bun was so smashed like a potato chip, They must have new owners because he smashed my bun down to a quarter is unreal. Please do not smash the buns in your machine, us Texas people love a toasted bun not smashed. We DO NOT want a Grilled Panini BBQ sandwich. Had a good flavor, but we ordered bbq baked potatoes, and they were cold, everything about it was cold. Asked for extra butter, and it never melted until we microwaved it.
