Cook the pizza !!! Stop serving undercooked food! Those wings are too expensive for you to not sauce it in the sauce. The bbq sauce was drizzled on top of bare wings. I hope everyone reads this message and the bad reviews before mine and stop shopping here because they are careless with food that people are expected to consume. It’s not even crowded or busy but they are rushing when prepping food…LAZINESS

I had my husband pick up from this dominos instead of our usual over on Old Keene Mill road. We ordered 2 pan pizzas. Basically I ate a small slice and noticed it tasted kinda funny. The pizza was completely gooey, raw dough in the middle and there was a “gum line” all the way through. I called dominos and the woman I spoke with said I needed to ask for it well done, I told her I just want it fully cooked through, not well done. I even googled how to fix the undercooked pizza because I wanted my son to eat something and came across someone talking about how pan pizzas need to be pushed back further into the oven and I explained that I found that on google and hope it helps. They did a remake and I paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver.
The two new pizzas had a hard bottom, burnt around the edges, and again undercooked in the middle. Like gooey doughy undercooked.
This dominos in University Malls oven is either broken or they have an inexperienced person making the pizzas over there. However, the Old Keene Mill road dominos is awesome, maybe they could have someone go over to Braddock road Dominos and train them how to make the pan pizzas🤷🏻♀️
Also they don’t except $50s, so if you have anything larger than $20s, you gotta walk over to giant to break a $50 to get the undercooked burnt pizzas
Imagine one moment that you had in your life where you were just so angry, filled with rage, that your eyes start to turn black that was me today trying to order this pizza. It was a rough day at work at the hospital and I was starving since I didn’t have time to eat lunch. My boyfriend ordered some pizza and this dude.. the driver left it at the store twice the pizza was ordered at 7:44 PM and it was 9 PM and I was thinking where the hell is my food. When we called, they said that it would arrive in about 10 minutes and it was already like 9:15 pm. I do not recommend this place
Ordered for curbside pick up. My wife got to the area and I clicked here and followed directions. According to my wife no one came out and no one came to the car. After 15 minutes of her waiting I called the store where the manager Lexi was very rude about the process saying she went out there and didn’t see a car. When asked what protocols they have if they don’t see anyone she said that she just went back inside. No phone call to the person who ordered and no notification that the order was attempted to be delivered curb side. After arguing back and forth I was able to finally cancel my order. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with this particular store
I just wanted to give a big shout out to Rebecca for her excellent customer service! It totally made my day, and I would say, she definitely deserves a pay raise. This Domino's location never failed to please our family. Thank you for all that you do!
This store doesnt understand the concept of "extra" whats the point of paying for extra when you get the same amount as regular? and they also dont give you any points towards your pie rewards what a joke.
Changed their policy on sauces where going away from the robust tomato sauce now costs extra also now some toppings cost more when using the 6.99 any two or more coupon
