this is the third time an order was placed and almost 45 minutes later wondering where the food was, I decided to check the tracker and all it said was Ethan started preparing your order, but that was 7:15 and by then it was about 5 minutes till 8..i called and asked if they knew why it’s taking so long..I am pretty patient but I immediately snapped when they told me for the 3rd time (two previous orders a few months ago including this one) that they got a huge rush hence the reason our order was not made yet. I told them if it was going to be late can’t you at least call and let people know your order might take a bit longer? He said unfortunately we can’t call everyone. Im not ok with that. Almost 8pm and honestly I feel they forgot my order once again and needed to come up with an excuse. I get your busy but if i placed an order at 7:15 and no sign of it coming or on its way and I call you to ask and you tell me that suddenly got a huge rush of orders, and it will be another 20-25 minutes…chances are you forgot my order. I only ordered pasta, wings and lava cakes. Why should my order be put aside for all the other orders that came in after mine. Needless to say we ordered at another place but didn’t end up eating until about 8:45 🙄 Dominos needs to find a way to update customers if there order is going to overall be an hour or more later after I ordered…Especially tipping pretty good at that before I got my food. I told them to cancel my order and they were able to do that pretty quickly. So disappointed!!! P.S. Please don’t bother responding with a copy/paste message about a 20% off coupon code either that was already posted in the comments below.

I ordered the loaded tots and the oven baked sandwich. When I took them back to my hotel I noticed that both tots and sandwich were BURNT! I’m so glad that I paid 18.00 dollars just to throw away. Never eating there again!
