Have placed 3 orders with this store, every order was messed up somehow. Either the pizzas where not what we ordered, we didn't get all of out order, or the order was over an hour late and their cuty little charting of prep, oven, delivery gadget was way off. So I continue to order from the because I enjoy a surprise with my dinner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was visiting the area and accidentally ordered carry out from a neighboring towns store and couldn’t come get it. The young man who answered the phone when I called to tell them I would not be able to pick it up offered to bring it to my hotel after his shift because although it was outside the delivery area, it was on his way home. That is the kind of service that should be rewarded. It’s also the type of human the world needs more of, and the pizza delivered was also delicious. I was not able to add a tip to my credit card because dominos no longer does this at the time of handoff? I’m very disappointed by this. The kindness he showed was more profoundly timed than he could ever know. An experience that creates loyalty to your company whether you like pizza or not. Thanks again to this young man whose name I was too exhausted to remember. Service Delivery Food: 5 Service: 5

Horrible!!! Out of town, placed order for delivery had phone next to me. When I called an hour later they informed me that they called that they could not deliver…never got a call!! Horrible customer service!!!!

My local store, in Manning, SC, delivered a cold pizza. When I called to complain, the manager tried to argue with me. Then put me on hold and walked away. When I went to the store, he doubled down on the rudeness. Not one apology from him or anyone at the store. I will dumpster dive for food before I'll ever order from any Domino's for the rest of my life. I'm not sure how you're still in business. I hope they go out of business very soon so I don't even have to see the name Domino's again!!! Avoid this place at all costs. I almost forget, when I said I'd contact corporate, he said, good!!

I truly do not know what to say...this particular location has went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! My husband is a trucker and we aren't around family like we want to be. We wanted to send a pizza and dessert to his family and asked they leave a note stating it was from us; I even said they're gonna say you're at the wrong house we didn't order anything lol. The staff there printed out a note on red paper!!! It was PERFECT!!! Thank yall for this so much and hearing the happiness in his mom's voice was possible thanks to yall!!!
