We enjoyed an amazing meal at Dootsie’s. The food was packed with flavor. I had tender oxtails , chopped jerked turkey wings over rice. The Mac n cheese - Magnificent, yams, collard/cabbage. Came all the way here from Staten Island to get some real fried chicken. Dootsie's did not disappoint. My wife and I enjoyed the Food and conversation with the owner. We will be back... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
