The food is always on par with the price, especially the portions. Even it’s a bit pricier than some restaurants but amount of food you get is worth the price.
Service has always been good. Only small issue here or there but it’s rare.
Atmosphere is great if you go during lunch on a weekday or Sunday. But if you go at night time, especially on weekends; it gets LOUD.

Food isn’t the issue..but the past 4 out of 5 time I’ve been to dukes, a few of my friend and I would have a cc charge for the full amout (including tip). Then be charged AGAIN for an additional tip!! Happened each time we went. I called after the last time, and was told “that shouldn’t have happened..we’re sorry..blah blah blah” …a week later (yesterday) with no surprise it happened again, even with mentioning it while we were there! As much as I enjoy the food I’ve decided I will no longer be going there anymore.

The food was delicious. The ribs were tender and very well seasoned. You could smell the bbq at the door and it tasted just like the smell. The jerk chicken had a very good flavor. The dessert was also to die for.

I can't see what all the hype is.
I was hoping for a steak, but they only have a NY strip, which is not a cut I'd pay for in a restaurant.
My husband had the blacked chicken alfredo. It was salty and tasted like a jarred sauce. I had the philly cheese steak potato, and the only seasoning was salt and the parsley sprinkled around the edge of the plate. The cheese blob left much to be desired.
We had sweet tea and lemonade to drink. The tea tastes like it's Gold Peak, and not fresh brewed. The lemonade tastes like Countrytime powdered mix.
The whole experience left much to be desired, and we should have left as soon as we saw the menu. It's very rare a restaurant can have that extensive of a menu and execute the food well. We definitely won't be back.
The only positive was being able to pay by QR code once we finally got the check.
