Employees at this dunkind donuts were great employees and gave great service store was pretty clean unlike most dunkins I'd definitely go back to this dunkin and made my white chocolate ice late it tasted way better than most dunkins as well thanks dunkins!! Went here closer to when they were closing, I was kindly greeted by 2 teenagers Morgan and Liam. They were very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend coming here. Their service was amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve never like to write negative reviews but moving from MA to ME there aren’t tons of DD’s on each corner so unfortunately I only have one location in my town I can visit. The problem with this location is definitely a GM issue. They never have the donuts and bagels of your choice. So it seems to me the GM doesn’t understand how to order. This morning I ordered a large and medium coffee and as you can see in the photo received two mediums? Seems just like a lazy mistake and I drove off and didn’t complain to them but come on. These issues seem fixable yet continue to happen every single week. Plain bagels seem popular guys so maybe order extra? Again I know the employees work hard and I hate complaining to them because like I said most the time it’s just issues with items being out of stock but today I didn’t get a large that I payed for and they were out of every bagel except sesame. Also the girl working the window only gave me one of my coffees; I had to ask for my other twice. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I never complain, but once again I ordered an iced decaf coffee, and was given a regular. No big deal except I cannot have caffeine. It was 5:40am and was dark outside which makes it difficult to read the stickers. Had the employees put the order on screen as usual I would have caught the mistake again. I usually don’t write bad reviews but yesterday just really did it for me. Right when I pulled up to the drive thru immediately the women taking my order was just not friendly at all, which usually doesn’t bother me at all I know sometimes people just have hard days. There were 2 cars in front of me and I probably waited 15 minutes before I got to the window. I get to the window and I pay for my drink and the woman at the window hands me a napkin and straw and the napkin is wet and had some brown substance on it (probably chocolate) and when I tried to ask for a new one the women just walked away from the window to eat her ice. Luckily though my drink was made good, I was really just annoyed with the way I was treated and the fact that I was handed a dirty napkin. Service: 1
