Do not come here in the afternoon. Person at the register seemed like they’d struggle to find their way out of an open paper bag, let alone work a register and make drinks. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

No customers in the store. I made an order, the cashier took the money and went to the manager to talk about some Doordash order. After staying there for 23 minutes(no other customers around) I needed to go and couldn't wait for my coffee anymore, so I asked for refund. The manager and the cashier told me that they are not gonna give me refund since it's not their fault that they had urgent issues to discuss, and my coffee will be ready in a minute. But by that time I really needed to go so I had to leave. Very confusing. The store was empty, why was it a problem((( No coffee, no money back, just wasted half an hour waiting for nothing.
