Grand opening was good but them a week or so later a regular coffee and two plain donuts was $9.00. Not that good for ten bucks. Plus everytime I went it there was a totally new staff and a lit of fumbling around to get your order straight.

I called Rainbow City location to make sure they had the blueberry cake donuts my husband and I love. The employee that answered the phone name was Chandler. He had the sweetest personality and was extremely professional. He assured me they had the donuts before I made the 30 mile round trip. When we walked in, we were greeted with smiling friendly faces who were eager to assist me. When I asked for Chandler they all knew I was there for blueberry donuts. Jeremiah quickly and professionally got my order together. He was friendly and all smiles. He is such an asset to this location. Then, I went to pay and Kalyn (all smiles) said she remembered me coming in the other day! Wow, what a memory! Tinsley and Aubree was also ensuring we got our order. The employees just make my trip worthwhile! And not just for the great donuts! These employees are so friendly, and go above to make sure you are taken care of. They always thank me, tell me how much they appreciate me coming in....who does that nowadays? These 5 employees definitely did!! The owner/manager needs to give these employees kudos! They are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional! Every person who entered that store while I was there, was greeted as soon as they walked in the door. These employees truly care about the customer. You can tell they love their job, but most of all ensuring the customers are taken care of. I sure hope someone recognizes these employees because they are all an asset to this location!! If you have or have had a negative experience, I can assure you any of these employees would fix any problem. I don't understand the low reviews 😕 I can assure you both times I've been there I've had a positive 🥰experience! Every employee was friendly and professional. Thank you Kalyn, Tinsley, Aubree, Jeremiah, and Chandler! Kudos to you all!! Oh, also we had our little service dog with us, and Kalyn asked if I wanted a pup cup. I told her I'd gladly pay for one, but she doesn't really care for whip cream, but I appreciate her asking me. I had the manager of one really popular place in Gadsden tell me to keep my dog in the car next time I came in. She had on her service vest. I held up her tag saying she was a service dog. He said, "Oh, okay as long as you've got that. I can honestly say i was embarrassed because several people were in there. So, thank you Dunkin Donuts for not questioning me.

Very clean , good vibes , I come here twice a day , and night shift is my absolute favorite, the guy with the tattoos definitely has things in order. Very respectful , and helpful & is always very patient! Good job Dunkin' 😊

The manager was super sweet (I think his name was Chandler)! And it was quick too. Ordered a pancake sausage wrap and it only took 5 minutes!

Rude worker (apparently called Leah by her coworkers) had an awful attitude. Food was pretty good but her disgusting behavior ruined the visit. They’re just hiring ANYBODY now 🙄

We apsolutly love the heart shaped Valentine day donuts and the coffee was wonderful all great things with a better price than sbux, I'm a Dunkin girl now.

I had to wait in drive thru a long time for my bagels when I finally did get them I checked to see if the cinnamon ones were in the bag they were so hard you could have broken a window with them the donuts were not fresh very disappointed I was looking forward to dunking coming. I will continue to get mine at publix.
