No priority to drive thru lane. Ordered a coffee on the app, waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes (because you cannot get out of line until you reach a certain point) and walked in to get my drink. I’ve been here for 45 minutes. I order online and I showed it to the lady and she careless enough to told me she cannot find it and then I order again and show it to her and she still cannot find it and then I realized there is two order at the table. After my third order I paid cash and it was mine and she is careless enough to not even look, and that is the manager.
