I have just about HAD IT with this location. Food is consistently made wrong, cold, burned, undercooked or I just never receive it. I just placed an order via DoorDash and I got everything but my coffee 🙄 I’ve even received other peoples orders. The coffee I order NEVER has enough milk in it even after I choose 10 milks on DoorDash. I might get lucky and get a good coffee from them once a month. I like my coffee light colored and sweet but clearly even after I’ve chosen 10 milks, they still don’t seem to get it. Absolutely ridiculous. My fiancé and I just moved to Wareham from the Cape. In all my time on the Cape, I have never dealt with the same ongoing problem from any Dunkin’ Donuts. This location tops it. I’ll be reporting this location to corporate. When I spend my money I expect to get exactly what I paid for. Extremely unsatisfied. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I walk up cranberry highway daily and my husband and I have almost gotten hit numerous times, one time they actually bumped my husband and just drove away, no one looks both ways when pulling out now that it's 1 way traffic, ignoring the fact that people walk on sidewalks!¡! I go in to complain about how the bushes and signs block drivers from seeing pedestrians and the manager started a fight with me saying they can't put up a sign saying look both ways but can advertise everywhere with signs, but not allowed to put safety signs!!! Does this make any sense or am I crazy?¿?

Hate to say it, but coffee consistently wrong... not just once or twice,almost every time I bring my own cream and sugar bc of this. Still worth it though. Update 2 months later nov 4 23, still no sugar in my coffee it really is incredible to me that mngmnt does nothing about it. The sugar dispenser is empty every time I go inside, and only filled when I say, no sugar un my coffee. I will never go to this dd again.... placed a order for a sandwitch and wakeup wrap they told me to park up front i waited 20 min had to go in to get a refund because they “forgot about me” and another car ended up being 10 min late to work because they took another 10 min to refund me on my card will never be going back here horrible service Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decaf ice coffee... you don't put it in a pitcher filled with ice. The ice melts and you end up with watered down coffee. I've come here everyday for the past 4 days, everyday wondering why my coffee doesn't taste like coffee, tastes like cream water with sugar.. come on, stop cutting corners and make good coffee. I don't like giving a bad review, especially when the staff is really nice, but I came here a couple weeks ago and my matcha latte was made totally wrong. barely any matcha and there was a lot of product missing (I hadn't even put the straw in in the photo). this isn't the first time this has happened at the same place, and for a nearly $5 drink I expect more than just milk and a buncha ice.
