They messed up on 90% of our order. Messed up on sandwiches like giving sausage instead of bacon. Got Boston donuts instead because they forgot the cream part. The donuts were missing their filling. I got there at 7 they close at 8 and said that they close at 8 so they can’t warm up food… so an hour left and can’t put food in the machine. Customers come first. And the girls in there were very unpleasant. 12/26 at 7pm. I dont know who was working but very unprofessional. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Service: 1

One of my many visits, staff is always helpful, store is clean, and food is fresh, and coffee is GREAT!

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in any Dunkin anywhere. For whatever reason, my app was not ringing in my points and rewards. Rather than be helpful, this man refused to do anything except tell me the computer wouldn’t except it. He offered no other solutions and no other possibilities. The person behind the counter was so rude and unhelpful that I ended up canceling my entire order and leaving. I will literally never come back to this store again. Do better! This location is always crazy busy. I felt bad for the only worker in the store when I bought my drink. He was an absolute trooper handling in person orders and dealing with a long drive thru line. He did a great job handling everything by himself. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Order is always wrong here. I just went thru and had a mobile order with exactly what I wanted. Not only was my sandwich wrong but they forgot to take the paper off the egg. People need to focus more

The worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I go here because it's easy and on my way to the highway, but wow I've actually never been here and gotten the correct order. Order at the window, order on the go, doesn't matter. Always wrong in some way. Today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese, and instead I got bacon ham and cheese. Like WHAT
