At this fast food, guests may have good doughnuts and nicely cooked bagels. Clients don't highly appreciate iced coffee at Dunkin. The competent staff welcomes visitors all year round. This place is remarkable for its enjoyable service. The atmosphere is comfortable, as people find it. But this spot hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

I am convinced this location has the longest drive through average time in the entire state of Massachusetts. As a former AM, The DM needs to get into this store and train their team. It’s shameful.

To the guy who made my and other people's sandwiches this morning, you decided to use your glove wearing hands to lift up your black T-shirt and pull up your jeans, and went back to making sandwiches without changing gloves, you are just too gross. I thrown my sandwich out. To the store manager, your staff need some serious training for food handling. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I rode right by the window you need to order from. I looked out the window and had to ask the man behind me to order for me. Luckily he was a very very nice guy and did so! When I got to the pickup window it was terribly confusing to try and split up the orders and the payments. I of course paid for The Man behind me's breakfast as how could I not, he was so kind. Then felt very happy to tip the counter and order fillers, because they were so patient with my forgetful, going to fast self! ❤️ Service: 5
Nothing particularly special about this location. Coffee was hot and bagel was ok. Place is small and a tad cluttered and the cashier was unwelcoming but otherwise fine. A good coffee can literally start my day great and just like that a bad coffee can really just tip my morning off. I'm so sick of hit or miss coffee at dunkin I order the same coffee every morning and it's made correctly maybe 3 days a week. I don't have time to turn around in morning so I stop at the one next to highway to get it remade and they had the gal to tell me no it's another 3$ because a different company made it your all dunkin franchise. The complete laziness in putting ingredients in to sink to bottom and not stir it unbelievable
I came to leave a review, and realized many reviews are all basically saying the same thing. Every time i come here and grab a coffee, its made wrong. I used to be an assistant manager at a dunkins less than a year ago. I know where and how they messed up but gave no regards to make sure this didnt happen. The sugar dispenser must be empty and they dont realize it. I had ordered a Large hot 4 cream 6 sugar, easy coffee. Also asked for it to be stirred, you know, what theyre SUPPOSED to do with coffee anyway. My coffee litteraly tastes burnt, AND has 0 suagr. I shouldnt need to go back every time! I understand things happen but this has been consistent with this location. I recommend going to one of the other dunkins along the route if you can. If a business does not have what you want, does the manager... A. Mention that they don’t have it but have something similar? B. Mention that they don’t have it and nothing similar Or C. Put something else in and hope the customer doesn’t notice and when told that said donut was not what they asked for and to switch it, customer is told that they can’t and they have to deal with it? If you choose C then you’re exactly right as that is what the manager, Denise thought was the right answer and refused to swap. And no I didn’t accidentally ask for the wrong donut she blatantly gave me something different in hopes I wouldn’t check before I drove off. If the franchise owner thinks this is what a good manager is then I can only imagine what else goes on at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Bad service. I got here at 728 and after ordering 2 drinks already, they then said we are sorry but the machine is broke down already 🤷‍♀️. At first I ordered Latte, they already said they closed down on the latte machine. So I ordered a coffee and a juice drink, they still said sorry our machine is broken down. First of all, they are supposed to close at 8, but at 730 they already didn't want to take orders anymore???? If there was a -1 star, I would have rated them already. Service sucks

I cant even tell you all the issues I have had with this dunkin donuts over the years, however, it was the most convenient this day. I will usually avoid it due to terrible service. I decided to stop for a coffee before work because I was in a hurry. The woman at the window handed me my coffee, sipped my coffee and it was COLD. Not lukewarm... cold. I didn't even bother telling them. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I waited my whole drive, and put it in the microwave at work. Absolutely unacceptable.
Aside from almost never repeating my order back to me, I get very consistent good service here and they're now my preferred morning stop. Also, the store itself is kept very clean, which I appreciate.
