Update: Apparently the good experience I had wasn't the usual. Been in several times since & consistently terrible service. It has taken a minimum of 5-10 minutes to even be acknowledged, much less hey my order taken. The entire focus is on the drivethru and they will take order after order while you stand there and wait. After several times of this, 10 minutes of being ignored, & a super rude employee; I finally had enough. Asked for a store manager name and was refused, employee walked away in the middle of taking my order, I had to make a scene to get them to complete my order, & they never came back to the register to press what they needed, so the payment didn't even go through. Which is good because I wasn't drinking the drink that the employee stepped into the backroom with & I'm 100% sure they did something to. Definitely reporting. Original review: I came through at the last minute and the were still really nice and made me a grilled cheese 5 minutes before close when most would've told me no way. They made my night! Very nice workers. Dunkin makes a really good grilled cheese by the way, I love them. & these new iced lemon loafs they have? Omg I love them so much. Food: 4 Service: 1

Lid came off my coffee, spilling all over me and the car. It would stay on. Lady gave me 4 napkins to clean up have a cup of coffee. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hit or miss. Only a few actually understand how to make a drink. Extremely long waits during slow times. Constantly mixing up orders and pricing is all over the place for the same order. I want to be nice here, hence the 3 star rating but this is absolute chaos for a Dunkin. If it wasn’t for the few good employees who are occasionally there, it would have been a 1 star.
