Told Indian lady manager who waited on me wanted everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. a few minutes later Spanish girl asks me what am I waiting for? I told her everything bagel toasted with cream cheese she makes a bagel without toasting it I tell her it needs to be toasted she then turns around takes bagel and Heats it in microwave and doesn't toast it, when I get the bag I realize it wasn't toasted it was heated in the microwave she deliberately did that!! just to get me out of the way unprofessional very bad service!! Usually a great experience. I’ll do a mobile order, and it’s very quick (imagine if everyone did mobile, things would move so quick haha.) good deals on the app. Convenient location, pleasant staff, clean dine-in
