We love this place I love all the workers and owner Alex, Dawn, Thomas, Jada and good lawd Shabbana. Man her baking them fresh donuts Woooweee! My doggies and I love this place I literally run on Dunkin. We visit multiply times a day. They always have e my coffee waiting and my pup cups. Sunday November 12th around 8:15 pm we had the Worst experience ever. This girl laughed and asked what we ordered at the window. She then went and got our donuts with the same gloves that she touched cash, the window and computer with. Yes, I pulled a Karen and asked her to try again. She took them in the back and brought back the same box. So my husband and I threw it all away and went down the road to Krispy Crème. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They forgot the bacon on my avocado bacon toast and then threw a little on when I sent it back through the window. So, I went inside to have them make it correctly, and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Do better, Dunkin! I went to the drive-through waited 15 minutes to get service in the drive-through lady had an attitude and I did not appreciate it. I always go to Dunkin in Burlington and every time I go everybody’s high brief family and the service is excellent and now the service today, November 6 at 8:50 in the morning Was terrible. First time visiting this place and the items I ordered were really good. My only issue was the drive-thru wait time. It took 20 mins to finally reach the window to pay for my food. Several cars left the drive-thru line that morning. One person had already placed his order and decided to pull off due to the wait.
