Have been coming to Dutch Bros since they open in Escondido. Val took our order from the first week and has been a delight to see every time we get coffee. She knows our order by heart and is always makes it a point in getting to know myself and my family. The staff are amazing They get drinks accurately and you know that when you drive away from the drive thru that you wouldn’t worry about your drink getting messed up! They get to know their customers and are always happy to greet them everyday! I went this morning for the first time and had a amazing experience. The line looked like a take awhile but the staff knew what they were doing and got my drink out faster than i expected. Everyone that worked there was great super friendly and helpful. I usually don’t write reviews but the team deserves their recognition and a shoutout for their awesome attitudes and environment. If you’re in escondido definitely hit up your dutch bro they will not disappoint. The girl who took my order Val special shoutout to her loved her attitude and spirit. She was so nice and patient with me. I’m lactose and picky with my drinks so she walked me through different drink options that suited my needs. I ended up getting a strawberry horchata chai with oat milk and it was one of the best drinks Ive had! Thank you Val for being such a kind person and a great experience at dutch bros. While it's understandable for the drive through line to be extremely long given the amount of customers, it doesn't make sense why an employee would think it's acceptable to allow themselves to get distracted multiple times when they should be taking orders. There should be a supervisor or team lead outside to make sure the only thing order takers are doing is taking orders. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
