I ordered a medium triple berry lemonade which I order often for my little ones. When I got the drink it was a brown color which was weird bc it always light pink and I was reassured it was a triple berry lemonade. I wasn’t able to taste it bc I am sick. When I got home my little niece tried it and said it did not taste like a lemonade and it was a rebel. Super disappointed bc I had already waited about 20 minutes for the drinks I ordered when cars in drive through were moving along and I was the only one who went up to the window to order. Service: 1

Been in line for 45 minutes still not at the window. We ordered food before we came here and it is most likely soggy and cold by now. I’ve been to many Dutch bros before including the Fresno locations and have NEVER waited this long. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
