Today is my birthday, I was not expecting anything from edible arrangements, but when I saw that big red bag. I jumped with excitement. I received the dipped strawberries. Oh my goodness, it was a burst of flavor, every bite was juicy, and flavorful. Without a doubt I would choose edible arrangements every time. Love you guys. 100% Lit

I ordered an arrangement online to be sent to my sister who lives out of town. The order was sent to this local EA. It was delivered as scheduled and when I received a message from my sister, I found out there was an error with my order. I called this EA to follow up on the error and find out what happened, I realized I made the error during the ordering process. The service representative was so kind and even offered to discount the arrangement. Yes, even after I admitted it was my error, she wouldn’t take no for an answer and credited my payment. What a fantastic service experience I encountered with her. She didn’t have to do anything for me! What a great testament to their service expectation. Thank you Scott Depot Edible Arrangements! Well done :)
