The quality of the food varies depending on if the gentleman in charge is present, and who's in the kitchen. The main chef cooks well, the younger ones not so much. The gentleman in charge is super friendly and attentive, the rest of the service team not so much. The rest of the service team and younger cooks mess up the order 99% of the time.
