Absolutely trash food. The refried beans tasted like canned coney sauce. The tortillas were like wonder bread. The chicken was dry chunks of flavorless chewy garbage. We didn’t even eat four bites before we gave up and left. The waiter didn’t even ask what was wrong with the food. Shockingly bad food and service. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in after checking into my hotel, was greeted promptly and sat rather quickly. Was brought chips and a menu upon being seated. That was the end of the service. I sat at my table 15 minutes no one came to ask if I wanted a drink or if I was ready to order. I walked out! What a shame! If you're hungry or thirsty I'd recommend going anywhere else. First visit today and I know El Burrito will become a regular for me every time I'm in Cleveland. Service was great, Gabby helped make my first experience very pleasurable. Food was fresh and fast. Lauren was out waitress and she was awesome!!! She did the little things you always have to ask for!! Can't thank her enough... and yes we gave her a tip that she well deserved. Went here with my girl a little while back because I thought the name was funny. The food is great tasting, the menu is vast, the flavors are authentic and the prices are far better than most other establishments in the zip code that I've been to. The only problem I had was my girl chewing me out for being too nice to the waitress. I suppose the only fix for that would be to hire meaner/less capable wait staff but the beating I got has left me with a permanent fear of whatever a "zapata" is.
