Truly ecstatic to have found this strip mall gem. The Cubano is the best version I’ve tasted in PA so far. The star of the sandwich, the slow-cooked pork, is succulent, meltingly tender, and crispy all at once. But the bread is also best it can be; buttery, crispy and crunchy until the end, sealing in all that savory juiciness. The chicken and pork platter with rice & beans was ultimate comfort food, the beef patty (beef seasoned just right) was tasty, and the corn fritter was ideal with multiple hot sauce and ketchup-mayo dunks. If this spot was local, I’d haunt it. Can’t wait to return!
