Absolute serendipity. The best overall experience and meal I have had in YEARS. The views were astounding. Our bread service can with a candle in the butter for my birthday. The Chilean sea bass was the single best piece of cooked fish of my life. This is a special place with some really amazing culinary magic. Anniversary dinner with my wife wad amazing at Elements. Great table viewing the city and private enough to feel alone w my wife. The food was prepared and presented perfectly! The 2 hours we spent were exactly what we had hope for. Great experience all around! My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with a restaurant of his choosing for my birthday dinner. After searching many fine dining restaurants in the area, he chose Elements, and I am so glad that he did! He told them it was my birthday when making the reservation, and the staff greeted me saying Happy Birthday. They informed us that for the occasion they were seating us in their "romance booth". This booth had breathtaking views, and they kindly gave me a card wishing me a happy birthday. A manager formally introduced himself and stated he would make sure the night was special for us, and let me tell you, he sure did! We had an amazing waiter, Chris E. He came with great dinner suggestions and an even better personality. He was all smiles and enthusiasm. It made the dinner memorable and I truly do not think the night would have been the same without him. We ordered the fruit salad and gnudi parmesan pasta he recommended. They also sent out a dessert on the house that was a perfect way to end the night. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be going back! Drinks were good. Truffle fries were good. Valet was good. Everything else was a disaster. Shishito peppers and breakfast pork fried rice had no flavor like they used to. Monkey bread is just rolls with cinnamon icing now. It used to be homemade and fresh and brought out on a cast iron skillet. Steaks were barely cooked on two salads. Lettuce was brittle. Service was absent. Waited 40 minutes for drinks and 50 minutes for appetizers. People at the next table were complaining the same as us. The manager comped us a round of drinks. We had to get up and find someone to get our check after finishing our meal and sitting with our dirty plates for 20 minutes. Bussers must have taken the day off. We were in a corner booth and felt invisible. By the end of this 2.5 hour ordeal, the manager Veronica comped us the whole meal. It was that bad. She was good about it and we appreciate that. It seems there was a big shake up in the management team and the executive chef in 2022-2023. I will never go back there under this current management team and I feel very bad for any servers and staff who are stuck with this mess of a team. What a shame. This place used to be great. Our first time here from Texas and we loved it! Food and beverage were amazing! Julio, our waiter went above and beyond to provide exceptional service & our view was beautiful! Went to Elements for a special occasion so made reservations. Probably didn’t need them as the place was not busy which was odd because sunset it gorgeous from the windows. Beautiful location and views Ava and we got the best seat facing the window in the corner. The wait staff and service was incredible with multiple people and seamless hand off from ordering to water to bussing. The food awesome with perfectly cooked, flaky fish, flavorful appetizers and just the right portions. Highly recommended food and destination for sunset dining. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
