At our church retreat to the Ark Encounter, we decided to eat here. Over 100 of us on the trip, but there is plenty of room in the restaurant. The restaurant Emzara’s Kitchen is popular too. It’s a buffet /seat yourself style They have chicken, pasta, beef stations with salads and pasta options. Meal includes Fountain drinks and the dessert stand. The chicken fingers and dark meat fried chicken were delicious. The salads were fresh and Greek pasta salad was a great option for us. Totally worth checking out if you have time. They have way more planned for this location (new buildings and biblical history) and we intend to come back as time allows.
