This place is overlooked by so many because it sits inside Eldorado Ridge. It's on the first floor next to the fitness center. Agh! I ate it before I could take a photo... it looked and smelled so good! Next time if I remember :D But yeah, 5 stars, hands down! A “hidden gem/diamond!” I had the beef burrito and it was amazing!! There were fresh complexed flavors coming through, because all the ingredients were arranged so perfectly. Delicious Mexican food , created by a delightful Mexican couple. I had the tamales and they were amazing and I appreciate that they were served on a real plate and not disposable. It’s great for people who work near the Metro airport or Interlocken. My only suggestion would be for them to use real cups and flatware rather than styrofoam and plasticwear. There were no signs of the restaurant from the outside, but we went in the office building anyway. Signs there pointed us down the hall to an office turned restaurant. Friendly staff made us some wonderful chorizo breakfast burritos - toasted perfectly. Great find. Nice change from chain breakfast places. Great little find in an office building. I had the special which was one of the best hot pastrami sandwiches I've had. Wife's lunch burrito was very good. Super nice guy working the Counter/Grill! Made my food quick and fresh right then and there! I got the breakfast bowl which was very reasonably priced!
