This Fazoli's is the best meal in Poplar Bluff. They have exceptional customer service. The staff are always so attentive and friendly. The food selection is great and tastes superb. Oh, and the breadsticks are hot and fresh. The prices are fair, especially considering the superior quality. The restaurant is always clean. Too expensive for such simple pasta dishes already prepared, frozen, then heated. Pizza slices are nice add ons, and so are the bread sticks. Chain food, it wasn't bad but definitely lacking. The chicken on my Alfredo tasted like it was pretty cooked, then frozen, then thawed out and heated then put on the watery Alfredo. The guy who was running the drive thru was very nice and patient with us while we took our time ordering through the drive thru. It was near closing so, I am hoping that is why my chicken was ice cold throughout. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch salad. I took a bite of the chicken by itself and the piece I took a bite of was ice cold almost as if it wasn't warmed up properly. There was hardly any bacon on it and barely any cheese. I made it a meal and got a piece of pepperoni pizza with it. It was pretty good though! After leaving this review and the owner reaching out to me, I spoke with Brittany, the manager. She is so nice and was very apologetic. She offered to make the salads right. We were driving through town and snagged some Chicken Broccoli Penne and a salad. The food was fantastic. The broccoli was cooked to perfection. We had the most congenial and attentive servers of any restaurant we have visited over the past two years. We can always count on a clean environment and good food, but tonight the service was exceptional. Ordered $40 of food. It was horrible. Threw it in the trash. Called and spoke with restaurant staff and explained how horrible the food was and she suggested we bring it back to be have added sauce. Breadsticks soggy and greasy, spaghetti dry with no meat sauce and lasagna hard and crunchy. I gave 1star because you had to in order to write a review.

It was excellent! I ordered the pizza baked spaghetti for me and my daughter for lunch and it was so good. I took a picture of what we had left oh you also got breadsticks with this all you can eat. I hope you do try them out!!!
