This place is so busy at weekend, beautiful food with a big variety of breakfast options. Good coffee, nice and welcoming staff. The atmosphere could be better or more spacious cause the tables were so close to each other. My husband and I normally come to first watch and the food is always good but what compelled me to write this review was our server Emma she was the best server I have ever had the pleasure of encountering, she was hilarious to say the least and fast and knowledgeable about all the drinks and food. Did I mention she was hilarious great sense of humor, I think she should go into comedy. When we were leaving I told her how amazing she was and she mentioned she use to be a stay at home mom. So Emma thank you for making my morning today amazing! First watch you are lucky to have her! The food was awesome. Fresh and healthy and alot. Definitely worth the money and the wait. I also love the concept of just a breakfast, brunch and lunch place. By 1pm the restaurant closes. I recently had the pleasure of dining at First Watch Sawgrass, and I must say, the service was exceptional. This is our most favorite breakfast and lunch spot because of the people, quality and service. Laurie, our hostess, set the perfect tone with her friendliness and sense of urgency. Christine ensured our drinks were always filled and was remarkably polite and accommodating to my family of four. The manager, Gavin, even took the time to offer a friendly hello.
