My daughter loves to bake and decorate and we are so glad to have found the Flower Hill Cookie Factory! Lisa, Laurie, and Hailey could not have made us feel more welcome and happy with what we chose! They were extremely patient and made room for everyone! They easily made changes in their usual party schedule and options and made Liya’s dream come true. The party consisted of crumb coating their own cakes and then decorating them with so much creativity! For lunch, they provided freshly baked pizza and a ginormous cake cookie customized for the birthday girl. We brought juice boxes, chips, and a fruit tray just as extra. Truly an amazing experience! What a find! AMAZING cookies! Sweet, accommodating, lovely staff. Mrs. Fields had totally bungled my order for an event (and it was impossible working with their customer service to see what went wrong or how to fix it). I was in a complete bind and Flower Hill came to the rescue. Not only did I get my order in time for the event on short notice, but their cookie cake was SOOO much better than Mrs. Fields. The most DELICIOUS cookies I've ever had, decorated to perfection. What a lovely family owned and operated small business. The only thing sweeter than the cookies are the employees. They also offer incredible cookie decorating parties that we haven't tried yet, but we definitely plan to!
