We were stuck in a snowstorm so called Fontana to see if they would deliver. The man I spoke to on the phone was more than happy to help and thanked us many times for supporting their business! When the pizza arrived, they threw in free garlic knots on the house! Such amazing customer service from the phone call to delivery! And the best part, the pizza was absolutely amazing!! Second time ordering from here and the food is so good! Also my order came super quick even though it was Super Bowl Sunday. My delivery driver (Bobby W.) was awesome and very nice! I have been ordering from here for some time now. Never ever have I had an issue until tonight. Ordered food for pickup. The guy who answered was rude and just said hi. Then placed my order, went to pick it up , came home and the fries were all almost black and burnt, mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock and the pizza was over loaded with sauce, half the cheese was not even melted.
