I had a great experience at the Fowl n out today. Hot fresh wing and it was cooked just the way I like it. The fries was hot. Also let me point out that the customer service was amazing. I will be back tomorrow that's how much I enjoyed my food .

As a customer and a chief for the sheriff’s officeI know that it is hard to hire good help. I entered your establishment and was promptly greeted. The entire staff was very professional. I even met your twins. For a staff to be so young they were very professional and attentive. Of course I left a tip that everyone including the cook could enjoy. Mari took my order & provided excellent Customer Service! She answered all my questions & made some great recommendations. Ordered the fish & wings in honey gold & lemon pepper along w/okra & the fried corn. Didn't get a picture of everything I ordered, but let me say the food was Wonderful! Everything was seasoned to perfection & cooked perfectly! Will definitely be my go-to whenever I come home for a visit!

Honey Gold
Here are the reasons why I won't be returning:
1. A guy called about my order and that interaction was a 4/10. I could tell he was young by how he spoke to me, but this was the first red flag 🚩
2. As soon I walked in, I noticed how sticky the floor was. It was like honey was dumped on it. Between the space, smell & food quality, I would never recommend & definitely will not be coming back. How this place has an A from the health department is beyond me.
3. The food. Omg the food tasted like seasoned, fried trash. I wouldn't feed it to a homeless dog. I'm assuming that the quantity is suppose to suffice for the $30 because the quality was AWFUL. There was a pool of grease under the wings & the fries were soggy because they were just sitting on the counter. Oh, but not my friend's food! I didn't even bother asking for the drink that I already paid for. Those people were liable to spit in it. Oh and I also became sick shortly after, so it really was a waste of money. I'll stick to Crumpy's!
4. My favorite part was the cashier with the passive aggressive attitude. How is she still employed??? First off-her attire was like she was a random worker for the day. I watched how she interacted with the young lady with two children & her energy was rude.
What she didn't realize is that I came with other people & she treated them completely different (I assume because they're regular customers). We ordered our food through the website around the same time, but when I walked up, she acted like she saw a ghost. I don't know if how I was dressed or my tone of my voice played a part in this, but I honestly do not care. This is suppose to be a grown woman and she gave entitled, teenage bully vibes.
Baby, that energy changed when one of my guy friends went to pick up his order lmao. This is when I realized she was too busy flirting with male customers while being rude as hell to the others. On top of that, I saw my order in front of her and she purposely ignored it like I was too slow to see it. I should've asked for a refund right then & there. She asked for my name at least three times then acted irritated as if I did something to her. Once she handed me the food, I thanked her & she acted like she couldn't hear me, but I knew she could because she was staring at the man behind me lol. Afterwards, I politely told her to have a nice day to see how she would respond because why would I mean it after she had an ugly attitude towards me aaannnnddd crickets lol. Now, I would've been wrong if I went off on her.
I should've gotten her name because needs to be fired, but she's the one with super thick eyelashes, red varsity jacket and slicked back ponytail. If you're going to work in customer service, be kind to all of the customers. I can tell this isn't the first and I doubt it'll be the last time she'll do this. It'll be the last time with me though! Wrong plan, right person!
5. Overall, the customer service was horrible with overpriced food & a bad atmosphere. This place doesn't seem the like the type to have decent management which is confirmed through their rude employees. I noticed similar experiences once I read other reviews after I spent my money and the owner just leaves the same, tired responses because nothing's changed. Also, I think its funny how the owner only responds on Google. If I could rate this place lower than a one, I would. Imagine someone having a shitty day and they have to deal with this bs. It's free to be kind people.
