Went for dinner. Was told it would be 30-40. After waiting nearly an hour we went in the check. They claimed to had already called us. They said they would seat us at the next available table and then proceeded to seat several couples ahead of us. We ended up not getting any food at all because of extremely poor service. Excited to take friends who had never been. Our friends meatloaf dinner was so cold had to send back. Pasta carbonara usually great was very dry and tasteless. I will not get it again. Salads great. This is such a great place to eat, with all kinds of options. The pasta entrées are great, and huge. You can't go wrong with any of their pasta. The burgers are great too. You get to pick your temp. Sandwiches, home cooking comfort food, pizza, traditional appetizers, they've got a little bit of everything and I haven't come across anything bad on the menu yet. The dining area was cramped and overcrowded to the point where people coming and leaving interrupt your dining experience. I guess it depends on what server you draw but I did not find our waitress friendly whatsoever. She tossed stuff on the table, certainly didn't know how to keep a drink glass full, clear dishes or serve food. The food was mediocre at best and very over-priced. If the gratuity hadn't been included in our bill due to our party size, our waitress would have received no more than 10% and that's generous considering the service we received. This is my second time dining here and my last. If I'm dropping $300 on a special occasion meal, I want to be able to praise the establishment on quality of food, friendly and courteous service and the great atmosphere. My girlfriend and I love Frankie G's. Every meal we've had there has been excellent. Our server tonight was Daniel M, and he was AWESOME. We've NEVER had a bad meal or bad service there. We had a wonderful waitress!!!! There was 14/15 in our group...we all paid separate and our waitress was on top of things at all times!!! It was at lunch just a few days before Christmas and the place was packed. Our server was Sara L. and she should be commended. Great job Sara!!! Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We eat here regularly, like 1-2 times a month. The food is always tasty and the portions are huge, like 2 portions per menu item. With that, the prices are also up there, especially on the pastas. When it's busy, it can be obnoxiously loud inside. Otherwise the atmosphere is really nice. We usually get carry out and recently have had to start checking our order meticulously as something has been missing or incorrect on every order. This is a place where you can get a good meal with family and friends. In good weather it’s great to eat outside on their patio. The servings are generally large so you may want to have leftovers from your meal.
