I went in to get a Jr hot fudge cake and the one lady said they were out and Nicole said she would heat up the hot fudge for me cause it was hot yet. Which I really appreciated for her u can attribute good customer service. Her alone cause that was great customer service. She should be congratulated. I literally waited a hour in the drive thru to get cold food. Please be a smart person and not eat at Friachs on Dixie highway in Erlanger Kentucky! Worst experience I have had in 45 years. Food: 1 Service: 1

I only get drive thru here, but it seems to be better quality than other Frisch's in the area. The order taker's are always nice and get my order right. And the food is always hot and good. I would mention names if it was always the same person, but it's different people each time. So I can only assume the whole staff is courteous. I like this location. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Aweful service and management. They close 30 minutes before they’re supposed to, and employees leave 30 minutes before close. Was declined service at 9:30 when they close at 10. There was one worker there after sitting in the drive through and waiting for 5 minutes and she said she couldn’t serve us because “they already closed out the drawer”. All we wanted was a hot fudge cake. At that point they should have just given it to us for free. Ridiculous. Service: 1
