This is a big Fry's where you can also buy clothes and other odds and ins. They have a Starbucks and a sushi bar inside. I like the California crunch roll. On Wednesday's they have $6 sushi rolls.
The items I was looking for were moved from a handy easy access spot to the middle of the store. One of the items was shredded cheese, you either have to buy two pounds at $7.99 or half of a pound at $2.49. I'm single and one pound is plenty, some of the shredded cheese will go bad and have to be thrown out. Waste.
DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE! Fry's outsource to a bunch of clowns called "Instacart", who have NEVER delivered the order correctly. Instacart's customer service absolutely sucks! After THIRTY MINUTES a simple problem of a missed item & an overcharge was still not resolved! Pathetic. Your call is answered by a robot & when you eventually get a human they won't help until they capture all of your info first - which they sell to information brokers probably. Instacart is giving Fry's a bad name & deserves a negative-5 star rating.
Poor Customer service Evelyn the cashier neglected to share known information that would have provided me a savings when I ask her why didn't she share the information she stated I didn't ask. How can I ask questions about a service or a discount that I had no idea that Frys offered. Her attitude sucked and I have been a loyal.customer for well over 20 plus years I am use to excellent customer service from other Frys store employees. I just presumed that was the normal standard.

As a regular shopper at this Fry‘s store, I can confidently say it's my one-stop destination for all my daily needs. The shelves are consistently stocked with a diverse selection of products, ensuring I always find what I'm looking for. Whether I need a quick snack on the go or household essentials, this store has never disappointed me. It's truly a reliable and convenient shopping destination that I rely on time and time again.

I had a great experience today. I went to Frys to get something’s from the deli and the lady that was there helped me without any problems. I have so many allergies and when I go to deli most of the time I get the look or attitude that I am being an inconvenience but today she made me feel so comfortable. Thank you I needed that

Went 6 times in 1 week just to see if they Ever have the advertised sale items. They don't. I'm not buying the rest of my groceries there if you can't keep the one sale item stocked. Oh and the butcher says, if you go to customer service they'll give you a raincheck. So I wait 20 minutes in line, oh no we don't do rainchecks on that. Fry's-1 Carrie -0 Better stocked than Safeway tho. I'll stick with bashas

Store is always clean and employees are helpful and friendly! My only very minor complaint (which honestly might not even be Fry's fault) is that the parking lot desperately needs to be repaved. Hit a pothole in the parking lot with my cart the other day. Not fun.

The store layout is very random and honestly makes no sense especially for being in a nice part of town I'm surprised how unorganized it really is I also don't understand why the gas pump does not have a store instead of just a kiosk station where I can barely hear the person talk. The people overall are awesome and professional but the store and gas station just suck. I feel like I'm on Indian school with the way it looks.

They are frequently sold out of common items and the pickers for the delivery or pickup orders stop in the middle of the aisles instead of closer to the edge which makes it harder to get past them. I have never seen them open all the checkouts even when the place is full with long lines. The self service area is also hard to get through when other customers do not pull their carts fully against the checkstand. Their fried chicken still has feathers and the deli clerk did not care when I said I didn't want feathers.
