I had a great time! Burger was certified yummers and I almost shat my pants at the taste of my big juicy burger. Fudds is a fave of mine I will do whatever it takes to find one. Decided on this location cuz York and Chambersburg now gone and this over the other Lancaster location has pico the other does not for some odd reason. While I like the beyond burger I prefer the traditional veggie burger but this location no longer has it. In the past when beyond burger was added they also kept their other veggie burger 🤔 They do have a large fixins bar the more options the better. Nice dining area but no private nooks fully open space. I think a wall would be good to divide the booths from tables along the windows.. especially when large parties ensue. We spent $48 for 2 of us to eat and the food was mediocre at best. Mac and cheese portion that was almost $5 extra was about 6 bites. Burger was supposed to be cooked well, and it was pink and mushy thru the middle. Was supposed to be take out, they put the order thru as dine in. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and it was oreo. Managers attitude when taking orders was gross, and he's the one who messed everything up. Then I saw him say to a teen worker "what's up" real loud and close to his face, and the teen put his head down and walked back to the grill.....looked like he was just trying to sit for 2 min but wasn't allowed. Dave and Ian were awesome! Dave kept the dining room so clean and was so helpful, he got us boxes, cups, and anything else we needed. Ian made delicious food!! Killed our sandwiches. Customer service is very important to me and i watch & listen to people around me. Dave took our order and waited patiently while we decided. He double checked our order and didn't make me feel like I was scum on his shoes. He greated little children as if their decisions were as important as the parents/grand parents decision. If I still had my business, he would be the kind of person I would want working for me. You have a great employee in Dave.
