This is our second visit. The food is good. Not really any atmosphere - kinda cafeteria-ish. It's a mix of country southern & Chinese. Overall, not bad. We would go back. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I got food poisoning from here and only ate the rice and honey chicken. Then proceeded to throw up from 2 in the morning to 11:30 that same morning I will gladly never be going back. Great selection. Fusion of Country and Asian. Fried chicken, Mac & Cheese, Krab Rangoon, Honey Chicken, Coconut Chicken, rice, noodles, salad bar even sushi...etc Yum! Was on a work trip to Live Oak and was starving when I left. I noticed Fusion Buffet on my way back to I-10, and that the parking lot was pretty full (definitely a good sign), so I thought I'd give it a try. It was some of the best Asian food I've eaten. Less greasy or heavy than most. Shrimp was cooked just like I like it. Staff was very friendly. Looking for a reason to go back to Live Oak. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
