Good old fashioned, down home Mexican food. Just like at home. Nothing fancy but, worth the stop for a good meal. They are a busy little place with seating both inside and out. We've stopped there a couple of times now while traveling through Blythe, California. They stay open most nights until 9 p.m. Give them a try. This is the most surprisingly amazing little gem that I stumbled upon to date. I can promise anytime I am in this area I will visit here again. First. I had the taco and two enchilada plate. Tacos came with handmade shells. They appeared to be made right on site. The enchiladas I had were with chicken. The chicken was moist and full of flavor. No....not dried meat in a boring tortilla. The flavors popped right out at me. Not drenched and drowned in sauce. Exactly enough of this to leave me wanting more, but I was stuffed. The salsa provided with the chips may actually be the best salsa I have had since I was in Texas. The staff were very attentive. And although they were quite busy and suffering a few tech problems, they stayed positive and worked through every problem with a smile on their face. Thanks for that. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere and building. It's outdated and old. But the best outdated building you have ever set your foot in, so for that I gave a better rating. Overall. I won't just drive past this place a second time. I will go in and order something. Anything. Thanks. What a great gem of a place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely the best Mexican food we've ever had. We are 65 yrs old. Hole in the wall place, great service, hot, fresh, authentic and big meaty portions. Sauces and salsas to die for.
