Very popular place that is packed at 5pm on a Saturday night. We sat in the dining room, seating in the bar area would be nice too but it gets pretty loud. Prime rib was delicious, my husband's halibut was outstanding. I don't like fish and I even liked it, it's prepared very well. Our server was great, I wish we caught her name because she was very efficient and friendly. A place we'd go back to for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For a Saturday night, the place was packed and very busy! Even with a reservation we ended up waiting a couple of minutes before we were sat down at our table. The food was very delicious, I ordered a prime rib, but I’ve also had their turkey pot pie in the past which is probably still my favorite! I would definitely recommend it! And of course the bread pudding for dessert! The prices fit the food quality, high prices for high quality food! Our particular waitress was a high score at her job! Friendly and inviting, and she did very well making sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us very regularly despite it being a very busy night! Unfortunately with it being so busy, the atmosphere was very loud and noisy, and it was hard to have a conversation with my date. One of the busboys dropped and broke a plate on the floor while clearing off a table next to us, and with our booth being right on the end, it was bumped sever times by a few of the staff. Other than a few unpleasant moments, it is a good restaurant, definitely a social club with lots of chatting going on. My advice if you are wanting a more quiet experience is maybe reserve a night during the week. P.S. the bathroom decoration themes are super fun! I went to this place when it was Harry's scratch kitchen, and even tho I do miss the comfort style of food and hometown atmosphere, this place has changed for the better. Didn't have to wait and got a spot right away. Our server was great in getting us water right and away, and seeing if we wanted anything to drink to begin with, she gave us a chance to look over the menu before she came back so we didn't feel rushed. The food was quick to arrive and tasted exquisite. They have a free brownie desert for birthday people, and the ice cream melting onto the brownie gave it this wonderful, warm vanilla taste. I don't like how in the bathroom there are rotating ad screens, I'm just trying to go not learn about other businesses. The toliet paper holder was very low and required leaning over a bunch to reach it, where I could see a taller person could have a big problem with reaching it. Pricing was decent for the area and how much orderd. Overall, it was a great experience and I would eat here again. We found Gary's a couple months ago but it was fully booked for reservations, and it fell off our radar. Come January we went...and have since been 3 times in 8 days. The staff is just amazing. The food is what this part of the metro needed. Most everything is made from scratch and with quality ingredients. We have yet to try the fresh lobster.
