I should have written this review some time ago. I've been eating here for over twenty years. Georgie V's is excellent food and excellent service all around. 👨🍳 More than that though, it's so obvious that ownership, Angelo and his family, care deeply about making their restaurant the best breakfast-lunch place it can be. As a customer, I've seen the restaurant change and develop over time and it's very cool to see a place that is truly focused on achieving excellence for it's customers. If you're looking for a breakfast-lunch place that is consistently great food and has a great atmosphere, then Georgie V's is your spot! I highly, highly recommend.

This place is totally over rated. Last time we went, it took forever to get our tables even there are empty seats. Once we seated, service is very slow. One of our dish was wrong, which served us blueberries instead of strawberries. Well, getting order wrong is one thing, the worst was that when we told the server that it's not strawberry, he argued and tried to convince us that WAS blueberry. That was the time we decided cross this place out of our list to go ever. And the food wasn't that good either.
The atmosphere is a very clean place ,the food delicious and service very friendly and professional. I recommend Georgie V's restaurant

Very nice experience excellent b-fast place was pretty busy 4 a Wed morn'n. Service was good food was very tasty n fresh, highly recommended if y'all r n the Northbrook area.
