Place is never clean when I go in there. I’m afraid to touch counters/handles. We were charged extra for a plastic bag that we didn’t receive and then when I asked for a refund for it I received a snobby reply from the old lady in the kitchen. The food she made was disgusting. I watched her pull it out so I don’t know why it tasted like it was sitting all day. The size of the chicken strips were tiny (I have gotten them from the Brunswick location before so I know this isn’t normal). The fries were soggy. I will stick to the Brunswick location from now on. This location is a joke.
I went to buy a new propane and they gave me a empty one. Had to go back to tell them abd ask for a new one and the manager was being rude. And call me names and start screaming at me. Very bad costumer service
Stop here every once in a while to get food and drinks from store and cafe for late night 3rd shift lunch. Not a bad place to get a quick bite and some convenient things .
I just went in to exchange an LP canister for my grill at the Get Go Cafe at Pearl & Drake roads. Their business was slow. The guy told me they don't have any propane, said nothing else, turned and walked away...
I went back to my car that was parked in front of the LP canister cage. I stopped counting after a dozen FULL canisters that were in fact, in stock, lmao ...
As I went back to my car I spotted another employee emptying out the trash cans, for fun I asked him if he could help me with the propane and he said "NO" turned and walked away. This was a joyous experience, to say the least...
I drove a mile up the road to a different franchise, the girl was very nice, exchanged my cannister and I was happily on my way in less than 5 minutes...
The moral to this story, vote with your dollars go elsewhere...
Life is strange enough, Get Go is a bummer...
New kid behind counter didn't enter my fuel perks in correctly so go back in and the manager couldn't take two seconds to fix the situation and left the new/clueless kid to ask me questions he had no chance of fixing the problem. I hope my fuel perks weren't wasted in this instance
I’m in a Getgo every single day. I literally drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way if I have the time to the Strongsville location just because of the atmosphere, employees and for some reason no other location makes my espresso right. Over the years of coming here I can say a lot of positive things about every employee but what and who I’ve noticed most is Jenn. I believe she is kitchen manager and let me tell you she knows how to run things in a professional manner. Also I’ve noticed everything is better and more organized when she is there. I’m not one to write reviews but she wasn’t here today and made me realize the store isn’t the same without her! Thanks Jenn! This review was way overdue! Keep up the hard work. We appreciate you out here!
employees are fast and friendly and treat you like a human being not a sale . usually all the staff here are smiling when u walk in the door. they have everything you need here. dining, gas, fresh hot food , quick take out cold sandwiches. Hot coffee plus a variety 24 hours a day.
Where else can you get food prepared while you wait 24/7? Not to mention, the food they prepare is outstanding. Like Subway, only with taste and real meats used on their sandwiches. The only knock I would give them is they don't post or publish the nutritional information on their stuff. Not Strongsville's fault, but I wish corporate would take note. Good selection of fresh coffee, too.
