Loving the Giant direct feature on the app. My groceries are selected and shopped in perfect accuracy. Any items that end up " out of stock " are clearly listed on the print out receipt. Those items are also refunded at check out.

Always shop here and never had any issues. Most of the time the store is stocked up. Store is clean but Mr. Robot always seems to be a bit difficult maneuvering in the isles. They have a good bakery section and selection of fresh baked goods. The only recent issues I have had is their fruit & vegetables have been a bit more expensive and haven’t lasted as long as they should. I love that I get points every month to be used at Giant Gas Station to offset the insane prices of gas. The most I have had to date is $1.00 off a gallon, up to a maximum of 25 gallons per transaction. It was worth it when gas prices were $4.00 a gallon. Recommend their rotisserie chickens for the day/night after shopping 🛒 makes it a bit easier after a long day.

Prices are higher than other supermarkets in the area. I do appreciate their cleanliness and maintenance. Also, I’m hoping the isle sign for ‘Mexican Food’ gets replaced, it should say Latin America or anything else that doesn’t put all Latin countries into just Mexico - thanks!

Used Giant Direct for the 1st time, likely to be my last. Order filled wrong, 18 eggs broke during delivery. Other food damage from 18 broken eggs. Bag dripping with eggs all over our floors, a terrible experience. Giant app not user friendly.
