The atmosphere was nice, and the service is really good and fast.. The food is average We had : -Borata salad was yummmy but nothing special about it.7/10 -carpaccio was fine and delicious.7/10 -Backed duck breast was really nice 7/10 -Beef Burger was bad unfortunately... the meet tasted like frozen meet from the supermarket.. 1/10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Outstanding cuisine! I was a little suspicious at first because of the very touristy place but ordering with qr code was quick, menu well organized, service was fast (drinks first, meals after 5mn) by a professional young waiter, and to top it all it was the most exquisite linguine I had in a while (and nourishing! big eater but almost couldn't finish) gambas, peppers, asparagus and coco milk sauce! My kid took the fries & 'mini burger' which was actually half of a giant burger 😅 and my wife the small rotisserie chicken. Overall 75€ for 3 with drinks, but really huge portions and fine cuisine so definitely worth! Nice spot to have a drink next to the canal. I waited at the bar area for a little while without anyone approaching me although there was one lady who smiled and nodded at me. A gentleman walked behind the bar and asked if I needed help, then I was told to speak with the staff who was outside after explaining I just want to order a quick drink. The staff who were outside was engaging in a conversation with a group of locals. I really didn't want to interrupt her nor the group. Eventually, I walked back in the main bar area and spoke with the first lady who nodded at me from the beginning. She then asked me to speak with the girl who was working outside. At this point, I lost my patience a bit and explained that she is engaged in a conversation with another group and I simply just want a quick drink as I am on my own. She then decided to finally take my drink order. It was an exhausting experience to be honest. Ordering one quick drink should not be this difficult 😞. Amsterdam is amazing so far, and I am enjoying every single bit of it, but this place is a let down!! Go somewhere if you need a quick drink in the area. A cute pub to stop while in Giethoorn. I stopped for a local beer but I did not stay to eat. The bathroom was clean and there is plenty of seating inside or outside. At the time there was only one gentleman working but it was early in the day. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Lemonade was good and refreshing. First time trying bitterballs, taste was okay but way to pricey. Didn’t like the Thai soup that came with Twelve o’clock. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Great atmosphere and service, but if you want to use the boats, just make sure to ask for all needed info, as we did not get any and we had to abandon the boat 1 km away and walk back, as it was not properly charged...
