The vintage look of the restaurant drew us here. Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance, but the restaurant didn’t have it. They were able to seat us anyway, luckily. We got the chicken Parmesan and the lasagna. The lasagna portion was sad. The food was not bad but not anything special. There was a mixup with our waitress and she threw out our leftovers when we asked her to take the leftovers home. We thought she was taking the plates to box it for us. So beware of that. I wouldn’t go back because the food wasn’t anything special. I’m spoiled by all the great Italian restaurants back home in NYC for similar price range or less for great amazing food. I had dinner tonight. It was absolutely amazing. The food and atmosphere was top notch. The customer service was great. There haven't been to many restaurants that not only give you a great experience but also makes you look at your calendar and start making plans to bring some of your friends who appreciate fine dining. As a Cortland local I am SHOCKED that I NEVER been to GREEN ARCH until recently! WHAT A HIDDEN GEM! The atmosphere was amazing and the mood we were looking for that night! And the FOOD - OH EM GEE!!!! SO SO SO SO GOOD!! Had SUCH a great time! Our waitress was new and she was so sweet and did a great job! CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!
