Excellent grub pub. Grilled chicken Taco Tuesday special hit the spot, especially for $9! Lots of filling - love that they melted the cheese quesadilla style. Good selection of draft beers. This was our first visit at Grill 309. From the fantastic classic rock playing in the background, to the prompt professional service, and the yummy food, we are hooked. It was a little loud, but very enjoyable I recommend the hummus appetizer and the steak and cheese sandwiches. The brownie with vanilla ice cream was pretty good too. Our server Morgan was excellent! I had the steak wrap with a blueberry thyme smash and was delicious. My husband had the Philly and a beer and was amazing. We are never disappointed when we come here. Burrito went here on a girls’ weekend with Cupcake. Burrito found it positively delightful! Located in the quaint town of Culpeper, it is a LOCAL gem. Burrito had scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, and home fries cooked crispy. Although, you would assume that if you’ve eaten one person’s scrambled eggs, you’ve eaten them all - these were different and delicious. The eggs were light and fluffy and the scramble wasn’t all beat up. The cheese was melted to perfection. The home fries were delicious. The bacon was crispy; a must. No one likes limp bacon! Cupcake had the breakfast burritos, which she loves, and gets all the time. 😍 They give you three, so the portion is really nice. Cupcake is the one who passed on the recommendation for asking for the home fries to be crispy; a solid choice. The server was a little slow, but it gave us time to chat.
