Our waitress was very friendly & always checked on us to see if we needed anything. I love green sauce but don't care for cilantro & it was in it. Would be nice if you made it with out cilantro too. Omg the BEST Restaurant 👌 I've been to other Gringos and wasn't happy and waiting all the time. The waiter was Awesome and made sure my Family and I was taken care of! The service was great on Sunday Evening of February 25th. Drinks were really great I have a new place to eat and enjoy life... The Boss was great he was helping the staff he had and seen that I was trying to order a to go and he came over. Customer service is the best I could ever ask for... To preface, the many times I've been here, the service has always been great. This time though, not so much. The food was excellent. However, the waiter kept giving the drinks and food to the wrong people at the table. ( There were only four of us. My wife, 2 kids, and myself.) Our table had no silverware and we were never brought any. I ended up having to grab them from an empty table near us. I'll give them another shot as this was the first bad experience. Will never go back. Sat at the bar near server station and it was an absolute wreck. Dirty plates, drinks, napkins and trash all over the bar. Ordered a drink and the outside of the glass was covered in syrup. Bartender never severed me chips and salsa or took my order, instead she served a couple and two guys chips and salsa, drinks and took their order and I was there 10minutes before them. I tried flagging down the bartender two times, was completely ignored. 80% of the time I was sitting the there, the bartender and servers did nothing but argue. I got up and went to the hostess to get a regular table and the hostess stand was unoccupied, I stood there waiting for a few minutes… nothing, so I just left. Decent place, the food was good, kinda a Chuy’s knock off though. I’d go back though. It was Valentine’s Day when I was there so the menu was a bit more limited. Even still, I can’t complain. The food was good and hot although not quite as spicy as I prefer, but that’s just me. Service was a bit slow, but that could have been due to the Valentine’s Day crowd. The seating ladies at the front didn’t look thrilled to be there that day, but that could also be due to working on valentine’s instead of being out with their spouse.
