Kozak Yaylası'nın yeşillikleri içerisinde ve ulu çamlarının altında sıcak, sempatik, biraz da salaş (ben severim), hoş bir aile işletmesi. Baba ızgarada, anne mutfakta, oğulları serviste... Etler leziz, mezeler lezzetli, fiyatlar makul... Kuşkusuz ilkbaharda, hele yazın aşağılar kavrulurken çok daha güzel, keyifli olur. (Biz Ocak sonu gittik.)
