Had the worst drink here, cocktail was supposed to be sweet but instead of that it tasted like so sour like stomach acid... and the food was rather dissapointing for the price 👎

Went last night for the first time in a while. Service was horrible. There appeared to be one hostess who was also the only server. Also was a little shocked about the price increase. Happy Italy used to be cheap and cheerful. A quick bite before the movies. It has now about doubled in price. On the positive side the food was good but won’t be returning soon if at all. We got scared after reading all recent opinions, but our experience was excellent. We have visited on weekday, but we were sitted very fast and the service was also pretty good, even though restaurant was quite full. The food was same as always ;) not amazing, but pretty good. Food was okay but I have never experienced such bad service! Didn't receive a menu and only after many tries did we get attention to get a menu. After 1.5 hours waiting for our food, I asked one of the employees and he said that he would arrange it and we received our food 15 minutes later. To order drinks I had to look all the time to see if I could find someone who would take a look. Food was fine but service was so bad that I can’t even explain, our night ended with irritation!! never going to HI again! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After a visit at the cinema we (2 friends and me) decided to have a pizza. We won't come again, even though the pizza was alright (3/5) and the staff was friendly (when they finally decided to come to our table). Our drinks reached our table, after we had already almost finished our food. The tables were dirty, the tables around us haven't been cleaned in over 30 minutes. The staff was just piling up more and more dirty dishes. There was no toilet paper and no possibility to wash your hands at the restrooms. Even though the staff knew about the not functioning sinks, there was no desinfectend. I've never been to such a chaotic restaurant with such overwhelmed stuff. I only feel bad about the young girl at the bar, which almost had a meltdown, cause none of her colleagues came to help her. She apologized to us for the late drinks... I used to love this place; I would go there often as well as order takeout. Best pizza and experience every time. Until the last month or two. The last few times were a disaster. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it happened again and again. After the third try, I decided I am not coming there again: 1. Had to wait around half an hour to be seated (with a reservation!). The person responsible for seating would come to the entrance for 1 min and then disappear for 10 minutes (seeing and knowing that people are waiting in line). 2. One of these times I had to wait for a waitress for around an hour (and I am not exaggerating). 3. One of these times I was waiting for pasta for an hour. 4. One of these times I spent there 3 hrs in total just to have a burned pizza in the end. Pizzas are definitely not even close to the level they had a few months ago. 5. One time they were out of pizza and pasta on Friday evening. 6. They are more understaffed than ever, and yet reservations are always opened. For as many people as you want. So yeah, having a reservation doesn't guarantee you dinner in this place, but you might see a crying waitress and a manager who doesn't do anything useful. Today (Saturday november 18th) the service was abominable. We waited very long for every round of drinks and for the main course, which in our case was so late we had to leave before it even arrived. We were in a small group and had planned a visit to the cinema after dinner. We ended up with an empty stomache in the theatre for a 3,5 hour long Scorcese movie. Some tables in front of us there was a large group of ladies (20+) that was seated way before us. Some were eating something, most were not and started sharing their food. Personel appeared with seemingly random plates that got send back. All around us, people were looking around in disbelief of what was happening, laughing somewhat uncomfortably. The water in the toilets was out of order, so no way to wash your hands or to drink some tap water to squelch your thirst. I cannot believe a restaurant at this location is so careless in disrespecting it's customers. I have never experienced something remotely like this. Despite earlier good news about this place, my experience was very, very, very bad. I am not recommending this place to anyone, what an absolute horrible nightmare our visit was. We went there because we wanted to eat some tasty Italian food while our 4yo daughter could play at the indoor playground. Unfortunately the playground was very out of sight (downstairs, passed the toilets) which means that you can't see your child. Not very relaxing. So, we decided to take our meals to go. It was quickly prepared, so that's good! Also the staff seemed very nice and polite. However, when we got around to eating our meal (we ordered the pasta pesto), it was indescribably bland: No salt. No seasoning. No olive oil. I saw some green specks, so I guess there was pesto in there somewhere. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it at all. Note: we ordered ONE dish so we have no idea about the other dishes. But unfortunately, we are not motivated to give it a second try.

One of the best pizzas we've ever tried! The place has a good atmosphere and the staff is pleasant. There are not many waiters so the waiting time is a bit long, but tolerable.
