After going in and using the bathroom, it was easy to decide to not eat there. It was absolutely disgusting. I hovered only because I really had to go. And I was my hands religiously, but that day, NO WAY. The sink had hair all over it and it was nasty to say the least. Someone should shut that place down or new management is a priority. I went to this location today. My wife asked for a wet towel to clean the table. They handed her a napkin after saying they didn’t have anything to clean the table. They were all dirty. The staff were so serious , no smiles, just frowns. We arrived at 11:50am and saw a sign on the marquee that said breakfast served until noon. We asked for a bacon and cheese and she said they were out. The owner or management doesn’t seem to care to train their staff in hospitality and customer service skills, which are seriously lacking here. Today was awful. Went to drive thru. First car in line. Waited 10 minutes for my order after I paid. Never got it. Finally asked for my money back and asked the manager of whoever she was what the problem was said she was waiting on the sausage. Didn't take that long to cook sausage. Service Take out Service: 1
