One of the good old cafeteria style restaurants left in the Bay Area. When you go into Harry's Hofbrau, you grab a tray and walk down the line asking for the food items you want. After you get your food, you pay then find a table. This makes getting your meal about as fast as possible. Food was great and service was great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a big place but still a great variety of seating options for small meet-ups or larger groups. A great selection of beers and other drinks, and a good-value cafeteria-style food bar with a variety of carvery and other meals. Honestly, the food isn't brilliant .. solid value rather than subtle flavours .. but it's a great social environment (albeit you need to bring your own party) and not a gourmet experience. Classic restaurant of many years. Sister store closed in Santa Clara. Great selection of prime rib sliced meats, hot food, classic stuff from the old days. Staff was friendly. Good clients. Popular spot with a full bar... I had a big slice of prime rib with all the fixings. I was there for a memorial. They have a nice back room.
