Beautifully appointed with lovely views out over the trees from the large dining room windows. The restaurant looked virtually empty when we arrived but there was still a 45 minute wait to be seated, I suspect they were short on staff. It was a pleasant wait from the bar area and once served the food was excellent.

We went on a Sunday afternoon, so there was a bit of a wait. We didn't have a reservation. We had a lovely wait in the bar, which was bright, clean and friendly. Once we got a table in the restaurant, service was friendly, professional and timely. The menu had something for everyone, and the food tasted just as good as it looked. It was a wonderful to wrap up an afternoon of visiting Hershey Gardens. Strongly recommend you plan your visit and make advance reservations.

The she crab soup was as good as promised. The smoked beef sandwich was tasty, and the fries were perfect even though the place was busy for lunch.

Dining at the Harvest is a special treat. While most of the meal was superb, the salad was a big disappointment. At $15, it was just a ho hum mix of traditional veggies with a nothing special dressing. The main courses and dessert were fabulous.

She Crab Soup
3.5 stars but I'm rounding down.
Service was excellent. Food was just a little slow to come out, but it did seem they had a large party in a separate room.
My main issue was that the food was quite salty. For the price point and concept, I expected things to taste fresher.
The pretzel/cheese board was an excellent starter, but again, very salty. The meats were good, but come on, it's Lebanon bologna and ham. We went to the lounge after dinner and saw the pretzel on the menu there, as well. So that dispelled some of the mystique and made me wonder how unique the food at Harvest really is.
The filet was cooked perfectly, but I wish they had a more flavorful steak on the menu. I'm glad I didn't add salt to the steak because the sides (mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts) were more than salty enough.
I feel like I could have gotten the same meal, but prepared more to my liking, at a place like Devon.

Bavarian Pretzel Cheese Board
Definitely a nice place for a celebratory lunch or dinner with great views of the surrounding greenery. The mac n cheese dish was flavorful. The bavarian pretzel cheese board was a nice shareable appetizer , the pretzel was baked well. The risotto side tasted good. Their chicken entree dish was okay - would not get it again.

The restaurant environment, decor, and ambience very nice. The treatment by hostesses very good as compared to the Mill restaurant in Hershey. Our waiter was very good and personable.
We really liked the pretzel appetizer. My she crab soup was too salty. My burger was average. Son said his pork was dry. Husband's filet was very good. Dessert was good. I would rate the entire experience 3.75 and rounded it up to a 4. We spent about $180 with tip.

Oh my Gosh! What a wonderful experience! Everything about this restaurant was top notch. Lindsay was a knowledgeable and competent server. Every cocktail and dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. High quality ingredients and flavor flavor flavor! The chef knows how to use salt properly and the bartender is a perfectionist. Try the salmon, the ribs, or the filet! Have a Reese's martini, you won't regret it!
